You can conveniently download your AdConnector invoices from your customer account. To do this, log into your customer account at AdConnector. After successfully logging in, you will be taken to your personal AdConnector dashboard. Your company name will now appear in the upper right corner. Click the little arrow next to the company name. Now you can open the tab Invoice and download the desired invoice.

You have connected AdConnector to your Google account:
You can download your Google invoices directly from Google. You will also usually receive an email with the invoice as a PDF directly from Google. You can find all further information here: Google Ads Help.

You have created a new Google account with AdConnector:
Your Google invoices are made available for you directly in the AdConnector customer account under the menu item “Invoice”. The invoice is usually available to you. ready for download within 7 working days of the end of the month.

Log into your customer account at AdConnector. After successfully logging in, you will be taken to your personal AdConnector dashboard. Scroll down until the “CHAT” window appears on the right. Then click on “Contact Support”. Now you can chat with a member of the support team.
