3. Data Collection on Our Website

SSL or TLS Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

Hosting by a Third-Party Provider

This website is hosted by an external service provider (hoster). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the hoster’s servers. The use of the hoster is for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast, and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Contact Forms and Calendly Appointment Booking (Also on the Partner Page)

If you send us inquiries via the contact form or arrange an appointment using our integrated booking tool (Calendly) (e.g., for the Free Partner Potential Check on our partner page), your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided that your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a GDPR) if this was explicitly requested.

4. Core Technologies & B2B Identification (SALES Connect)

Use of AdConnector Technology for B2B Recognition and Campaign Optimization

Data is collected, processed, and stored on this website using the proprietary technology of AdConnector GmbH. This technology includes an intelligent process for recognizing corporate visitors (so-called B2B identification via SALES Connect) and for data-based management of advertising campaigns on third-party platforms.

1. How it works and filtering of private individuals With the help of this technology, IP addresses of website visitors are recorded and matched with an extensive B2B corporate database. Purely dynamic IP addresses from private internet connections (e.g., home office lines from Telekom, Vodafone, etc.) are automatically excluded and immediately discarded by a multi-stage filter algorithm. No identification or storage of personal data of private individuals takes place at any time.

2. Purpose and Legal Basis The processing is carried out for the purpose of identifying companies that have signaled a commercial interest in our products by visiting our website, as well as for the automated optimization (Autopilot) of advertisements on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. Furthermore, the processing serves to ensure IT security, the system stability of our web infrastructure, as well as the effective detection and defence against abusive access, bot networks, and fraudulent activities (spam protection).

The legal basis for this data processing is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the optimized management of our B2B sales activities, the execution of targeted B2B direct marketing, the avoidance of wasted advertising spend, as well as in our elementary interest in securing and maintaining the stable operation of our online services.

3. No Permanent Cookies for Recognition The SALES Connect technology for B2B identification works purely server-side and completely dispenses with setting permanent cookies on the user’s end device for this specific recognition process. The recorded IP addresses are anonymized immediately after comparison with the company database.

4. Right to Object (Opt-Out) You can object to the collection and storage of data by the AdConnector technology on this website at any time with effect for the future. To deactivate the collection, please click on the following link:

Note: After clicking the link, a technical opt-out cookie will be stored in your browser. This signals to our system to stop tracking for your device. If you delete your browser cookies, you must reactivate this link.

5. Advertising, Analytics Tools, and Partner Integrations

In order to technically ensure the core function promised in our concept – the Autopilot for Google, Meta, and LinkedIn – as well as synchronization with external systems, interfaces to advertising networks and third-party providers are integrated into our website.

Data Transfer to Partners and Third-Party Systems (SaaS Integrations & Agencies)

To provide our services and to ensure the full functionality of our “Autopilot” (e.g., for the automated transfer of identified B2B leads into your in-house systems), AdConnector offers interfaces to various partners and third-party providers. An overview of our current technology and agency partners can be found on our partner page.

  • Purpose of Processing: If you, as a customer, activate an integration to one of our partner companies (e.g., CRM systems such as HubSpot/Salesforce, e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, or connected partner agencies), the data required for the process (e.g., identified B2B corporate data, contact details from inquiries) will be transferred to the respective partner system.

  • Legal Basis: The transfer of this data to third-party systems is based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract or implementation of pre-contractual measures with you). If you fill out a form on our partner page to get in touch with a specific partner, the forwarding takes place on the basis of your express consent pursuant to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a GDPR. In all other cases, the process is based on our legitimate interest in the efficient, automated design of B2B processes (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR).

  • Responsibility: For data processing within the integrated partner tool, the respective provider of the tool or the partner agency is itself responsible under data protection law.

Google Ads & Google Conversion Tracking

This website uses Google Ads. Google Ads is an online advertising program of Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. As part of Google Ads, we use what is known as conversion tracking. When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is set.

The storage of “conversion cookies” and the use of this analysis tool are based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent via consent banner).

Meta Pixel (Formerly Facebook Pixel)

This website uses the visitor action pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Basic Services Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland, for conversion measurement. With the help of the Meta pixel, the behaviour of page visitors can be tracked after they have been redirected to the provider’s website by clicking on a Facebook or Instagram advertisement. This serves to evaluate the effectiveness of Meta advertisements for statistical and market research purposes and to optimize future advertising measures.

The use of this service takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a GDPR.

LinkedIn Insight Tag

This website uses the Insight Tag from LinkedIn Ireland blocks, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. This data is encrypted, anonymized within seven days, and the anonymized data is deleted within 90 days. LinkedIn does not share any personal data with us, but provides aggregated reports on the website audience and ad performance.

The use of the LinkedIn Insight Tag is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a GDPR.
